That's a wrap!

Today I was contemplating what to have for lunch, when I spotted a bag of lebanese bread in the fridge. I am quite partial to lebanese bread, so I got myself a piece and laid it out on the bench.
The only problem was: I couldn't figure out what to put on the lebanese bread!
After at least five minutes of alternating between the cupboard and the fridge, I had come up with a combination!

Saucy Wrap

ingredients:

1 piece of lebanese bread
2-3 tablespoons of my mum's homemade tomato paste
1 slice of cheese

Spread tomato paste roughly over bread. Break cheese into pieces and place on top of tomato paste.

Roll up and put in the sandwich press for about 1 and a half minutes.

Enjoy!

YUMMMMM!
Try it yourself and tell me if you liked it! Or if you're feeling adventurous, try your own version and tell me about it!
